Happy New Year from the KVPI Family

As we come to the end a very challenging year, we would like to thank all of our faithful listeners and clients for your support and business. We're continuing to stay up to date with the latest digital offerings but not forgetting our over the air listeners. As we enter a brand new year, know this : you can depend on us for keeping you informed with local news and weather updates every day, Swamp Pop on Friday, Cajun Music every day, La Tasse de Cafe and French News, Classic Hits on FM and Classic Country on AM , local sports coverage plus contests with great prizes. We capped off the year by capturing the "Uniquely Louisiana" award for our popular La Tasse de Cafe radio show. from the Louisiana Association of Broadcasters. Thank you to a dedicated staff: Cheryl, Deet, Tobin, Tuney , Swabby, Mike, Rose Wolf , Bert, Tracey and Dave. We have some exciting news to share with all of you in the next few weeks. Finally, all that we have been able to do is because of an owner who supports us and backs our efforts in giving back to the community: Dr. Rhonda Pucheu . Happy New Year everybody!!!

The ideal candidate will have some sales and marketing background but not absolutely necessary since we can train, a strong work ethic, be self motivated and have dependable transportation. New KVPI Face Masks with our logos are on Sale

KVPI has just received a shipment of our brand new face masks with both of radio station logos: KVPI 1050 The Legend and Classic Hits 92.5. The masks are available at our KVPI business office at 809 West LaSalle Street at $7.00 each. They are available in two colors: Red and Black. All of us at KVPI want you to stay safe and show the world you like to listen to KVPI AM and FM.

KVPI Christmas Supper December 5, 2020

KVPI had our annual Christmas supper at Cafe Evangeline. Due to Covid 19 concerns, the food was for take out. Congratulations to our KVPI Employee of the Year: Gene "Swabby" Soileau shown here with Ville Platte Broadcasting Company President, Dr. Rhonda Moser Pucheu. The food was delicious . Thank you Jay Gielow for your food and hospitality.

KVPI Live remote for the Open House at the Dr. Fink and Moser's office in Eunice

KVPI 92.5 covered the holiday open house at the newly remodeled and enlarged Dr.'s Fink and Moser offices in downtown Eunice tonight. A large group of well wishers and patients attended the event and enjoyed the food and refreshments. Door prizes were given . Congratulations Dr. Rhonda Fink Moser and Dr. Sarah Moser Fruge for their successful event. The two are shown in front of decorated lobby/waiting room. Shana Harrison with Modo eyewear was there showing over a hundred fashion frames. Thank you to the staff for allowing us to broadcast and who took part in our remote.

The Louisana Swamp Pop Museum is operated by the City of Ville  Platte is open to the public every Friday and

Saturday from 10:00a.m. to 3:00p.m. Come view the amazing artifacts, photos,records, Wall of Fame and hear the music.
 

Admission charge is $3 adults,

$2 seniors and $1 for children under 12.
The museum is located on

Northwest Railroad Avenue.
