Happy Administrative Professionals Day on Wednesday. Listen to special messages on Classic Hits 92.5 KVPI Tuesday and Wednesday from many local and area offices and businesses who will be saluting their special people for all the good work they do. The 60's at 5;00 starts this week on Classic Hits 92.5 KVPI

We're excited to introduce a new one hour music show dedicated to the music and events of the 1960's. The show will air Monday through Friday from 5-6pm on Classic Hits 92.5 KVPI. An incredible decade of musical styles and news events, movies and TV shows. From the Beach Boys and the Mamas and Papas, to the British Invasion groups like the Beatles and Rolling Stones to the sounds of Motown like the Supremes and the Four Tops. You'll hear it all from one of the largest libraries of 60's music in the state. Our DJ's, Tuney on Monday and Thursday and Gram on Tuesday and Wednesday will be taking your requests at 506-2444. Bud n Boiing Contest Grand Prize Winner

Bud n Boiling Contest Winner April 8, 2020 Classic Hits 92.5 KVPI has just had another successful Bud n Boiling contest with our contest sponsor, Southwest Beverage, the local Budweiser distributor. We had forty qualifiers in the last eight days qualifying for the grand prize and each qualifier winning a 12 pack of beer. We had our grand prize drawing today from all of our qualifiers and congratulations to Patti Lafleur, our grand prize winner. She has won Budweiser beer, a crawfish boiling kit, a sack of crawfish from B&L Seafood and other Budweiser prizes. Thank you to all of our listeners who qualified and a special thank you to Southwest Beverage.

Swamp Pop music

The Louisana Swamp Pop Museum is operated by the City of Ville  Platte is open to the public every Friday and

Saturday from 10:00a.m. to 3:00p.m. Come view the amazing artifacts, photos,records, Wall of Fame and hear the music.
 

Admission charge is $3 adults,

$2 seniors and $1 for children under 12.
The museum is located on

Northwest Railroad Avenue.
