KVPI Local Sports Update

KVPI Sports will be carrying the  Pine Prairie-Mamou game in our High School game of the week Friday night at 7;00pm live on KVPI-FM 92.5 with pre game at 6:45 and the S.E.C. report at 6;30pm. Join the KVPI Sports team, Tracey Jagneaux and Micah Chatman live at Mamou High Green Demon field.


Also, we will be carrying the LSU-Auburn game Saturday afternoon with kickoff scheduled for 5;00pm live on KVPI-FM 92.5 on your official LSU Sports network station.

KVPI Sports Update

Our KVPI High School Game of the Week is Friday night at 7:00pm, we will cover the Sacred Heart-Houma Christian game being played at Sacred Heart. Game time is 7:00pm with pre game at 6:45 and the S.E.C. report at 6:30pm. KVPI Sports Update

Tune in to our local sports shows at 7:10am and 12:25pm each day Monday through Friday on both KVPI AM and FM.

The High School Coachs show live from the Crawfish Barn in Vidrine Wednesday nights at 6;30pm with Sports Announcer Tracey Jagneaux talking with all of the parish coaches live on KVPI FM 92.5.

High School Football  Double Header:
Thursday night: Sacred Heart at Port Barre at 7:00pm.
Friday night: Ville Platte at Basile at 7:00pm. Both games on KVPI FM 92.5 with Tracey Jagneaux and Micah Chatman.

College Football Saturday: LSU vs. Jacksonville at 6:30pm live on KVPI FM 92.5.

Swamp Pop music

The Louisana Swamp Pop Museum is operated by the City of Ville  Platte is open to the public every Friday and

Saturday from 10:00a.m. to 3:00p.m. Come view the amazing artifacts, photos,records, Wall of Fame and hear the music.

Admission charge is $3 adults,

$2 seniors and $1 for children under 12.
The museum is located on

Northwest Railroad Avenue.
