La Tasse de Cafe Coffee Mug Winners

KVPI just had our drawing of qualifiers for the KVPI La Tasse de Café Coffee Mugs. We had over 100 qualifiers on the phone and on Facebook. Here are our our winners: Beverly McBride, Julie Dupre, Paul Pitre, Lyndsey Gasek, Natalie Payne, Averie McCauley, Richard Deshotels, Kristen Ramsey, Katie Lafleur and Darlene Bolfa. Congratulations to Deet-KVPI's Employee of the Year

The KVPI Staff held our annual Christmas social at Cafe Evangeline tonight. We had a full house. Thanks to Chef Jay for his delicious food and hospitality. Congratulations to Deet for being named KVPI Employee of the Year honors. Retired Account Representative Becky Vidrine was honored for her years of service to KVPI. Ville Platte Broadcasting Company President Dr. Rhonda Fink Pucheu addressed the staff and made a presentation to each member. Dr. Rhonda was joined by members of her family: Sarah Moser Fruge, Rebecca and Ethan and wife, Malllory . Thank you to every member of our staff who do a remarkable job each and every day to keep Ville Platte Informed and Entertained.

Merry Christmas from the KVPI Staff

The KVPI staff had the chance to gather at photographer Malerie V's studio in Ville Platte fast week or a photo shoot. Here is our Christmas group photo. Swamp Pop music

The Louisana Swamp Pop Museum is operated by the City of Ville  Platte is open to the public every Friday and

Saturday from 10:00a.m. to 3:00p.m. Come view the amazing artifacts, photos,records, Wall of Fame and hear the music.
 

Admission charge is $3 adults,

$2 seniors and $1 for children under 12.
The museum is located on

Northwest Railroad Avenue.
