Listen to an interview with two original members of the legendary O'Jays Monday at 12:30pm on Classic Hits 92.5 KVPI. We will be talking with Eddie Levert Sr and Walter Williams to help promote their new PBS TV special "Live in New York" The group will be honored in October into the Philadelphia Music Hall of Fame.

KVPI drew the names of five winners from the more than 50 qualifiers on our Facebook page in our Church's Fried Chicken promotion. Listeners were asked to like the contest post, comment "I want to win Church's Chicken" and share it. Our winners are: Mary Thrasher, Rogers Fontenot, Kristen Ramsey, Kristie Lane Bordelon and Diane Manuel. Each of our winners won an 8 piece box of chicken along with a brand new KVPI T shirt. Classic Hits 92.5 KVPI will spotlight the late Eddie Money all day Monday. Be sure to join DJ Jacob in the morning and Swabby in the afternoon as we play back all of his greatest hits.. As an added feature, we plan to play back a phone interview with Eddie Money at 12:30 Monday that was recorded several years ago when he played at an area casino.
