Evangeline Parish - November Election Ballot Qualifiers

Good afternoon, this is Randy Deshotel, your
Evangeline Parish Clerk of Court: today, Friday, July
19th at 4:30 pm, we have closed the qualifying
period for the upcoming Presidential Primary
Election.

On the November 5 th ballot the local races that
Evangeline Parish will have are:

For Constable – Ward 4: qualifying were:

Mr. Chuncey Fontenot
Mr. Andy Wayne Carson

For the Municipal Elections for the Village of Pine
Prairie the qualified candidates are:

For Mayor,

The incumbent Mayor, Mr. Quint West

and Mr. David Hebert

For Chief of Police, we have

the incumbent Chief, Mr. L.C. Deshotel
Mr. Joey Adam Fontenot,
Mr. Gilbert Bordelon,
Mr. Shane Guillory
and Mr. Joshua Uhlman

For Alderman, we have

Ms. Tammy Hammond Buxton
Mr. Joseph Wayne Deville
Mr. Kevin Paul Rodriguez
Mr. Joseph Wayne McMillan

And that wraps the 3-day qualifying period for the
November 5 th Presidential Primary Election. And
before closing I would like to personally thank KVPI
for partnering with the Clerk of Courts office to
provide their listeners with this important
