Chief Neal Lartigue reports a narcotic arrest

On April 4, 2013 an arrest was made stemming from an undercover operation in which a male suspect bought narcotics from an under cover officer in January.  James Garlow, 37 of 304 East Wilson was arrested and charged with distribution of cocaine.  Garlow was booked into the Ville Platte City Jail on a $20,000.00 bond set by Judge John Larry Vidrine.  Garlow remains incarcerated with a hold for probation and parole.
