Early Voting Begins in Evangeline Parish at Registrar of Voters Office

Election Early Voting September 29, 2019 Early voting for the October 12 primary election began Saturday at the Registrar of Voter's office in the courthouse. According to Evangeline Parish Registrar of Voters Lucas Buller, a total of 488 cast early votes on that first day. The early voting continues each day this week Monday through Saturday. There is a full slate of offices up for voters to decide from Louisiana Governor, Lt. Governor, Attorney General, Ag. Commissioner, Insurance Commissioner, BESE Board members , as well as parish and local offices: State Senator, State Representative, Sheriff, Assessor and Police Jury offices. Voters will also decide the fate of several constitutional amendments.
