In a special ceremony today, Sacred Heart High Senior Karli Fontenot officially signed with the LSU Eunice Lady Bengals softball team. Karli is the daughter of Bridget and John Fontenot. She has been a star player with the Lady Trojans throughout her high school years. She has played shortstop at the school. Her brothers have excelled in sports. Kagan Jones signed with Nichols State and at LSU Alexandria and played at Kansas. Her other brother Caleb Fontenot played at McNeese and is playing with the Texas Rangers.
