Superintendent Darwan Lazard announced this evening at the Evangeline Parish School Board meeting that all Evangeline Parish schools, except for Basile Highschool and Basile Elementary, will  reopen tomorrow. Due to the cities low water pressure, both Basile Highschool and Elementary will be closed tomorrow and are anticipated to reopen Monday. In an effort to motivate teachers and students to return to the classrooms tomorrow, Mr. Lazard announced a jean day for students and teachers across Evangeline Parish. In other news, there will be only one School Board meeting next month and it is scheduled for February 7^th at 6:00 pm.
