French Immersion Students entertain Evangeline School Board Members Wednesday

The holiday spirit filled the air Wednesday as the Ville Platte Elementary French immersion students led the Evangeline Parish school board meeting with the pledge of allegiance recited in French, then treated those in attendance to a couple of French Christmas carols.

The positions up for discussion were board President, board Vice-President and Executive Committee. It was decided that the positions would remain as is with board president Wayne Dardeau and Vice President Scott Limogis.
