In a release from Sacred Heart Administration, KVPI News has been told that due to anticipated weather events, the high school football Jamboree between Sacred Heart and St. Ed’s has been rescheduled and moved up to Thursday, August 24th at 6:30 p.m. at Eunice High. As a result, the 2017-2018 Meet the Trojan Faculty (Open House) and the Meet the Trojans have been postponed to Thursday, September 7th. The times of the events remain the same beginning at 5:30 p.m.

The Louisana Swamp Pop Museum is operated by the City of Ville Platte is open to the public every Friday and
Saturday from 10:00a.m. to 3:00p.m. Come view the amazing artifacts, photos,records, Wall of Fame and hear the music.
Admission charge is $3 adults,
$2 seniors and $1 for children under 12.
The museum is located on
Northwest Railroad Avenue.
