Friday Early Voting May be Record Total

Evangeline Parish Registrar of Voters Lucas Buller tells KVPI News that Friday's early voting total may be a record. A total of 562 people voted early for the November 8 presidential election at his office on Friday. The office will be closed Sunday and will resume again Monday and end Tuesday November 1 at the Registrar of Voters Office in the courthouse.  Other races facing parish voters include Senator, Congressman and local races in Pine Prairie and elsewhere. KVPI urges you to go vote early or vote on election day. On election day, when the polls close at 8:00pm , KVPI News will be broadcasting live  at the Clerk of Court's Office
with News Director Stephanie Ware getting vote totals from Clerk of Court Randy Deshotel and his staff.
