Ville Platte Police Arrest Burglary Suspect

Ville Platte Police Chief Neal Lartigue reports that ongoing investigations into recent burglaries and an anonymous tip led to a recent arrest. 

 

On May 11, 2012 Nicole Dardeau LaJack 47, of 1080 Posas Lane, Ville Platte, was arrested and charged with simple burglary.  LaJack was booked into the Ville Platte City Jail where she remains incarcerated on a $7, 500.00 bond set by Judge Thomas Fuselier.

 

Chief Lartigue stated that a confidential tip led detectives to this suspect.  “Please keep calling in with information” Chief Lartigue said, “the department checks these leads and sometimes this information proves very useful.”  To call in anonymous tips or report a crime call 363-1313.
