Ville Platte Places 4th in Cleanest City Contest

CLEANEST CITY CONTEST RESULTS

       Joyce Coreil with the Magnolia Garden Club announced that Ville Platte came out 4th in state competition for the Cleanest City Contest. The judging took place Friday at noon.

       The city of Scott came out First Place in the competition followed by Covington and Tallulah came in third place. Ville Platte was #4.

       Harrahan and Marksville who were also in competition did not place.

       Coreil would like to thank everyone who helped clean up around their homes and business

Saturday from 10:00a.m. to 3:00p.m. Come view the amazing artifacts, photos,records, Wall of Fame and hear the music.
 

Admission charge is $3 adults,

$2 seniors and $1 for children under 12.
The museum is located on

Northwest Railroad Avenue.
