The Ville Plate Dixie Youth 12 Year All Stars fought hard but ultimately lost against South Carolina in the Dixie Youth World Series in Lexington, South Carolina. The final score was 12-7. South Carolina advances in the elimination bracket while our Ville Platte, Louisiana All Stars come home. The game along with all the games in the World Series was carried on KVPI-FM, Classic Hits 92.5. The only home town radio station sending game coverage back home. We are proud of all stars and their parents and the support of our community. We want to thank our many sponsors for making our game coverage possible. We want to thank Chris Bordelon for doing a great job as Play by Play announcer and his side kick,B.J. Fontenot for providing the interesting color analysis. Lexington, South Carolina will remember Ville Platte for a long time.
