Congratulations to the Ville Platte Dixie Majors 12 year old All Stars who defeated West Ouachita this morning  7-1 in a  game over KVPI FM. They are the state champs!!! They now advance to play in the Dixie Youth World Series in Lexington, South Carolina.

 

The Ville Platte Super Tens lost to Shreveport American this morning by a score of 19-16 over KVPI AM. The two teams will face each other for the third and final time today at 5:00pm over KVPI FM to decide who will earn a trip to the Dixie Youth World Series. Good luck to the Ville Platte Super Tens.

Saturday from 10:00a.m. to 3:00p.m. Come view the amazing artifacts, photos,records, Wall of Fame and hear the music.
 

Admission charge is $3 adults,

$2 seniors and $1 for children under 12.
