Dixie Youth Baseball Update

Ville Platte (8's) take out Oberlin with help from Wade Pitre, 3-0.

 

Wade Pitre went 2-2, helping Ville Platte to a 3-0 victory over Oberlin on Monday at Mamou.

He singled in the first and third innings.  Ville Platte 's defense kept Oberlin off the scoreboard for all five innings on four hits.  Ville Platte went up for good in the first, scoring two runs on an error and an RBI single by Wade.  Ville Platte is now 4-0 in the tournament and will face Mamou tonight at 8:00.  The game will be broadcast live on Classic Hits 92.5 KVPI.

Saturday from 10:00a.m. to 3:00p.m. Come view the amazing artifacts, photos,records, Wall of Fame and hear the music.
