KVPI 70th Anniversary Open House

KVPI is planning an Open House Wednesday, November 22, from 9:00am to 3;00pm to celebrate our 70th anniversary. Please make plans to join us that day. We are located at 809 West LaSalle Street in Ville Platte. We will have cake and refreshments, register to win a free night stay and a meal at Coushatta Casino , studio tours, and a DJ reunion. We are asking all past employees to come visit with us that day. We are planning a special program at 10:00am with an invocation, ribbon cutting and special guests. All past employees, please call Mark Layne so we can recognize you during your visit at 337-363-2124.

Swamp Pop music

The Louisana Swamp Pop Museum is operated by the City of Ville  Platte is open to the public every Friday and

Saturday from 10:00a.m. to 3:00p.m. Come view the amazing artifacts, photos,records, Wall of Fame and hear the music.
 

Admission charge is $3 adults,

$2 seniors and $1 for children under 12.
The museum is located on

Northwest Railroad Avenue.
