VILLE PLATTE WOMAN FACES ADDITIONAL CHARGES AFTER BEING ARRESTED ON OUTSTANDING WARRANT

In other news from Ville Platte Police Chief Neal Lartigue, on July 18, 2017 while in the area of a local store on Main Street, Officers and Detectives came into contact with a suspect that was wanted on a warrant from the City Marshal’s Office.  While the suspect was being arrested on the outstanding warrant, narcotics and paraphernalia was found on her person.  

Tara Soileau, 30 of 284 Lebois De Arc Rd, Ville Platte, was arrested on the outstanding warrant and faces charges of two counts of possession of schedule II controlled dangerous substance, violation of CDS and possession of drug paraphernalia.  Soileau was booked into the Ville Platte Police Department on a $15,000.00 bond.
