Ville Platte Police Department Arrest Report

According to the Ville Platte Police Department, the following individuals have recently been arrested and booked into the City Jail:

 

Scottie Williams, age 25 of Court Street – Arrested for Simple Burglary, Theft and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Juvenile.  Bond was set at $16,500.

 

Willie Jones, age 26 of 915 Edward Knotoe – Arrested for Simple Burglary, Theft and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Juvenile.  Bond was set at $17,500.

 

Raejanae Alfred, age 19 of 543 Prosper – Arrested for Disturbing the Peace and Second Degree Battery.  Bond was set at $7,500.

 

Spencer Williams, age 29 of Young Street - Arrested for Simple Burglary, Theft and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Juvenile.  Bond was set at $16,500.

 

Derrick Tezeno, age 38 of NE Railroad – Arrested for Unauthorized Entry of a Dwelling, Criminal Trespassing and Criminal Damage to Property.  Bond was set at $25,000.

 

Rodney Ashely, age 47 of Beaumont, Texas – Arrested for Criminal Damage to Property and Disturbing the Peace.  Bond was set at $2,000.

 

All of the aforementioned cases remain under investigation and all bonds were set by Judge Gary Ortego.

 

Additional arrests in the area include:

 

Darren Valmont, age 22 of Bertimat Road – Arrested for Theft and remains incarcerated with a $1,000.00 bond;

 

Zachary James, age 20 of Rue Richaume – Arrested for DUI and out on a $1,000 bond;

 

Emanuel Malbrew, age 47 of Austin Road – Arrested for Criminal Mischief and currently incarcerated with a $200 bond;

 

Andrew Fontenot, age 46 of W. Main Street – Arrested for Discharging a Firearm Within the City Limits and out on a $2,500 bond; and

 

Tabitha Fuselier, age 33 of 1064 Copper Head – Arrested for Disturbing the Peace by Intoxication and currently incarcerated with a $200.00 bond.

Swamp Pop music

The Louisana Swamp Pop Museum is operated by the City of Ville  Platte is open to the public every Friday and

Saturday from 10:00a.m. to 3:00p.m. Come view the amazing artifacts, photos,records, Wall of Fame and hear the music.
 

Admission charge is $3 adults,

$2 seniors and $1 for children under 12.
The museum is located on

Northwest Railroad Avenue.
