Ville Platte Police Department Arrest Report

According to the Ville Platte Police Department, the following individuals have recently been arrested and booked into the City Jail:

 

Kamau Jack, age 37 of Foughbough – Arrested for No Reflective Gear, Resisting an Officer, Disturbing the Peace, Trespassing and currently incarcerated;

 

Jordie Attle, age 24 of N. Thompson – Arrested for Child Desertion and currently out on a $2,500.00 bond;

 

Qwan Anderson, age 33 of Roderick – Arrested for Disturbing the Peace and out on a $200.00 bond; and

 

Annie Jones, age 35 of High School Drive – Arrested for Theft and currently incarcerated.

Swamp Pop music

The Louisana Swamp Pop Museum is operated by the City of Ville  Platte is open to the public every Friday and

Saturday from 10:00a.m. to 3:00p.m. Come view the amazing artifacts, photos,records, Wall of Fame and hear the music.
 

Admission charge is $3 adults,

$2 seniors and $1 for children under 12.
The museum is located on

Northwest Railroad Avenue.
