According to the Ville Platte Police Dept, the following individuals have recently been arrested and booked into the Ville Platte City Jail:

Gilbert Lafleur, 26 of Ville Platte – Arrested for Interference with Law Enforcement; Possession of Marijuana and Synthetic Cannabis and is currently incarcerated with a $3,000.00 bond;

Anthony Freeman, 23 of Beaumont, TX - Arrested for Criminal Damage to Property; Misrepresentation During Booking; Disturbing the Peace by Intoxication; warrants out of Texas and currently incarcerated awaiting extradition.  Bond is set at $1,100.00.

Travis Perradin, 31 of Ville Platte – Arrested for Possession of Schedule I; warrant for City Marshall and currently incarcerated with a $2,500.00 bond;

Cedric Jardeiem, 25 of Opelousas – Arrested for Driving Under Suspension and out of jail on a $1,000.00 bond;

Vincent Fontenot, 55 of Ville Platte – Arrested for Disturbing the Peace and currently incarcerated with a $200.00 bond; and

Danny Castille, 30 of Ville Platte - Arrested for Disturbing the Peace and out on a $200.00 bond.
