LUCKY LISTENERS ARE HEADED TO THE ANNUAL ANGOLA RODEO

KVPI and the Louisiana State Penitentiary teamed up to give listeners Family 4-packs of tickets to the Annual Prison Rodeo on April 23rd.  Listeners heard the “Rodeo Cue to Call” and called the KVPI Hotline at 506-2444.  A drawing was held from all of the qualifiers and the 15 lucky winners of a Family 4-pack of tickets to sit in the KVPI Section at the Rodeo are:

Swamp Pop music

The Louisana Swamp Pop Museum is operated by the City of Ville  Platte is open to the public every Friday and

Saturday from 10:00a.m. to 3:00p.m. Come view the amazing artifacts, photos,records, Wall of Fame and hear the music.
 

Admission charge is $3 adults,

$2 seniors and $1 for children under 12.
The museum is located on

Northwest Railroad Avenue.
