KVPI Sports Update

Our KVPI High School football game of the week is Basile traveling to play St. Edmunds High School in Eunice on 92.5 KVPI FM. Game time is at 7:00 tonight with pre game at 6;45pm and the S.E.C. report at 6:30pm with the Sports Team: Tracey Jagneaux and Micah Chatman. Other games tonight in the parish: Ville Platte at Pickering, Pine Prairie hosts Church Point and Mamou hosts Port Barre. Good luck to all our local and area teams.

College football : LSU vs. Syracuse at 6;00pm live on 92.5 KVPI FM.

Swamp Pop music

The Louisana Swamp Pop Museum is operated by the City of Ville Platte is open to the public every Friday and

Saturday from 10:00a.m. to 3:00p.m. Come view the amazing artifacts, photos,records, Wall of Fame and hear the music.

Admission charge is $3 adults,

$2 seniors and $1 for children under 12.
The museum is located on

Northwest Railroad Avenue.
