KVPI Local Sports Update

Now that the regular season in high school football is over, there are two high school football teams advancing to the state playoffs.

KVPI Sports is making arrangements to follow the Sacred Heart Trojans traveling to play Riverside Academy Friday night in the New Orleans area Friday night at 7:00pm. The KVPI Sports Team, Tracy Jagneaux and Micah Chatman, will be there calling the game for fans back home on 92,5 KVPI FM and on classichits925.com with pre game at 6:45. Those businesses interested in being a sponsor or parents wanting to do a shoutout are invited to contact a sales representative at 363-2124.

The second team making the playoffs is Basile High planning to travel to Lincoln Prep School in Grambling Friday night.
We want to wish both teams good luck as they advance in the state playoffs.
