Kris Jenner opened up with Ellen DeGeneres on Monday about the terrifying ordeal her daughter Kim Kardashian went through in Paris last fall – and the surprising impact it has had on her highly visible family.

For a family that not only courts, but banks on public attention, it seems Kim’s October 3rd robbery in Paris was their worst nightmare, realized.

  • On The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Kris said: "It was devastating."
  • She adds that going through the robbery and the fallout ended up sparking a lot of deep thought for the entire family: "It’s changed the way we live our lives and just the way that we take care of our kids and my grandchildren."
  • Kris believes that, contrary to what one might expect, filming the new season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians has actually been key to Kim's recovery: "We started filming and what was coming out of that was very therapeutic for her, I think, to just explain to us and walk us through."
  • Kim was held at gunpoint by masked men at her hotel in Paris, as they stole millions of dollars worth of jewelry. The upcoming season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians will include an intense episode focused on the incident.
  • Meanwhile, alleged crime scene photos from Kim’s robbery have surfaced. They were published by a French news channel that shows several of the alleged robbers and images of Kim’s bedroom and bathroom.
  • Keeping Up With the Kardashians returns March 5th at 9 p.m. on E!

Angelina Jolie recently sat down with the BBC for a wide-ranging interview that touched on her family, her split from Brad Pitt and her special attachment to Cambodia.

Speaking about her separation from Pitt and the ensuing emotional and logistical fallout, she simply said that it has been a "very difficult time."

  • Following their announced split in September, Pitt was investigated for child abuse after an alleged incident between the star and their son Maddox, which took place on a private plane. The charges were later dropped.
  • In January, the couple released a joint statement that said that moving forward, they would operate as a united front for the sake of their children.
  • While Jolie has sole custody of their six children, she tells the BBC: "We are a family and we will always be a family, and we will get through this time and hopefully be a stronger family for it."
  • For Jolie, the children and their emotional state, is the most important thing, she tells the BBC: "My focus is my children—our children—and my focus is finding this way through. We are and forever will be a family, and so that is how I am coping. I am coping with finding a way through to make sure that this somehow makes us stronger and closer. It's been a difficult few months."
  • So how are they coping? With a lot of togetherness, Jolie explains: "I'm going through a moment when just everybody's in my room. Two hamsters, two dogs and two children at the moment. It's wonderful."
  • Jolie spoke exclusively to the BBC prior to the screening of First They Killed My Father, a film she directed about the Khmer Rouge genocide in Cambodia based on an autobiographical book of the same name by Loung Ung.
  • While filming the movie – which her children helped out on – they indulged in local cuisine, including fried spiders. Jolie showed twins Knox and Vivienne how to cook the bugs: "See the hard part where you have the teeth? Take the fangs out," she tells them in a video the BBC shared on Twitter.
  • Intimidated? Don’t be. Even Jolie had to break herself in before eating spiders: "Crickets — you start with crickets. Crickets and a beer, and then you kind of move up to tarantulas."
  • Cambodia will always be a special place for Jolie and her family. She adopted her first son, Maddox in Cambodia after filming the 2001 hit Lara Croft: Tomb Raider and falling in love with the country.

Nick Cannon is being sued for the "N’credible" mobile app he created. The app is used to find new talent, including singers, comedians, rappers, models and more. If Cannon enjoys what they do, he signs on as their manager. A man named Enrico Taylor is suing Cannon over the app, claiming it was his idea. He said the two met in 2015 over Taylor’s company "I Discover Stars." Taylor told Cannon he worked with Birdman to run a digital talent search for Cash Money Records.

Cannon reportedly loved the idea because he was "growing tired of his America’s Got Talent job." The two didn’t speak after that. Five months later, the app officially launched.

Taylor said Cannon’s app is very similar to the talent search he ran with Birdmn in 2014. He also said that since Cannon’s app wasn’t successful, it’s hurting his own app from launching. He wants damages of $1,750,000.

The project will be made in celebration of Red Nose Day, a biennial event supporting the Comic Relief charity Curtis helped found. It is set to air on March 25th on NBC and will include original cast members Hugh Grant, Keira Knightley, Colin Firth, Bill Nighy and Liam Neeson, among many others.
